I’m very happy with the level of service Amnet provides our small non-profit. Amnet has been the “IT Department” to my small non-profit for several years now. They are very proactive, and we always get great response from them when we have issues. Sometimes (weekends) they fix a problem before I even know it has occurred.
We have worked with them through several upgrades and system changes and have found them to be highly professional and capable.
In two cases, we have needed support that is above and beyond our contract, but Amnet handled the issues first and we worried about the (small additional) cost later.
I’m highly satisfied with the price/performance I get from Amnet. We plan to continue to renew their contract and look forward to getting continued great service from them.”
