Elope has been experiencing tremendous growth and along with it a lot of IT challenges. Stephen and Trevor from Amnet have been providing us the most professional IT support Elope could hope for since 1998. During our server upgrade over one weekend at the beginning of the year, both of them got it done smoothly with dedication and open communication. Stephen worked extra long hours to make sure we would be up and running on Monday morning. The transition went so exceptionally well that we didn't really experience any down time. Stephen is also very professional and easy to work with. He is always very responsive and knowledgeable. When we encounter problems he fixes them promptly. He also provides a lot of great suggestions to improve our system performance. I am glad he is part of the team.

The Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce has enjoyed an excellent working relationship with the Amnet team. Our "technical" journey began with a not so inconsequential "crash" of a key server in December of 2002. The Amnet team used this "iffy" point of departure to reengineer our network... server, operating systems, and hardware. What was once an IT environment replete with unknowns has now matured, on balance, into a predictable IT network capable of supporting our service to members. On the personal side of the ledger, Trevor Dierdorff and his team have been wonderful additions as members of our extended family. ...we can assure you they are equally good friends as they are technicians.

With very short notice in 2007 Donala Water and Sanitation District was in search of a new IT company.
We investigated several companies and decided to use Amnet as our IT provider.
We were very impressed; their team got together to review our current system and determine what needed to be done to bring us up to a good working standard. One of the issues brought to our attention was needing a new server.
In January 2008 a team from Amnet installed our new server and we were very pleased with how smooth the installation went. They were receptive and quick to resolve the few issues that did occur. Overall we have been very pleased with the service provided by the staff at Amnet.

"…I want to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding support provided to me on Thanksgiving evening by Jennifer. I am a realtor and I have 2 different buyers coming into town to look at homes this weekend.
About 6PM tonight, I got on my computer to check for any new emails and found I could not check email. I received a message on my screen that said my account had been suspended and I needed to contact Amnet. I immediately called and expressed my concern over what was an emergency for me (perhaps not for anyone else however). Within a few minutes I received a call from Jennifer. She gathered information from me and immediately started working on the problem. She determined quickly that [my account had been compromised and subsequently automatically suspended by the server] for alleged posted messages… Once Jennifer determined where the problem was, she had it fixed within the hour; despite the fact it was Thanksgiving evening.
I am a retired USAF Lt Col. I was in the military for 28 years. One of my specialties was computers and communications. As a commander in charge of these areas, I was also responsible for customer support for individuals, for units, for installations and in some cases for multiple countries. I know what good customer support is. Jennifer provided me with outstanding support. I was upset and angry when I found I could not check my email and it seemed like Amnet was responsible for what could have been a huge loss of income for me. Jennifer did not let my attitude and anger affect her. She was always extremely pleasant and professional and she attacked my problem like it was her own personal problem. Amnet has been on-board with MAM-A since 2005, guiding us though a major network upgrade for an approximately 25-user network and various other projects.
[While we have a] primary support person ...most of the Amnet staff has been here one or more times as needed. [Our primary engineer] may not be an official MAM-A employee, but his dedicated support, regardless of the hour or day of the week, makes him a true member of the team. He will always take our call or quickly call back when away from the phone.
The IT arena is one of constant change, but Trevor’s Amnet crew makes a diligent effort to stay technically current and to a person they show an understanding of the critical nature of the cost, integrity, security and availability of every customer’s information.
Outsourcing IT is a difficult decision, but it can bring a small company like MAM-A more staff for research, projects or to cover for vacations, etc., plus a broader knowledge database. We’ve had a few “opportunities for them to excel” in this past year, but they’ve always stepped up to the plate to address those issues promptly and thoroughly.
