Each year, Amnet organizes a Team Alignment event to offer employees and their families a chance to get together. Our goal with this event is to discuss our company, our goals, and new ideas with our team outside of our usual office setting. Meeting up on a Saturday eliminates the inevitable distractions that crop up during the week, letting everyone focus their full attention.
That’s not to say that this event is strictly about work. The inclusion of our families is extremely important. We’re so grateful to everyone who was able to join us for a wonderful meal, and spend time catching up on what has been happening with our team outside of the office as well as in it. Getting together can be difficult given how busy life has a tendency to get, so we’re glad to be able to provide this opportunity. Because our team is just that; a team. Building personal relationships helps to better our professional relationships, and it’s what makes Amnet the incredible company we’re all proud to be a part of.
